Welcome to Widgetly. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our application.

By downloading, installing, or using Widgetly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

These Terms of Use serve as a custom End User License Agreement (EULA) between you and Widgetly.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Use:

• "App" or "Widgetly" refers to the Widgetly mobile application.
• "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to the owner and operator of Widgetly.
• "You" refers to the individual using the app.
• "User Content" refers to widget configurations, dates, text entries, and other data you create in the app.

App Usage

Widgetly provides tools for creating and managing custom Home Screen widgets. When using the app, you agree to:

• Use the app for its intended purpose
• Take responsibility for the security of your device
• Not attempt unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Not use the app for unlawful purposes

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Widgetly for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of your User Content. We do not claim ownership rights over your widget settings or custom text.

Since Widgetly primarily stores data locally on your device, your content generally remains on your device unless future backup/sync features are enabled by you.

Premium Features and Purchases

Widgetly may offer premium access through subscriptions and/or one-time purchases. By making any purchase:

• You agree to pay the stated price
• Payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Refunds are handled under the app store's refund policy

Subscription Terms

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period through your app store account settings.

Billing and renewals are handled by the respective app store and governed by their own terms.

Intellectual Property

Widgetly and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app
• Copy any part of the app for commercial use
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code

App Store Terms

If downloaded via Apple App Store or Google Play Store, store-specific terms and policies also apply.

Apple App Store

If downloaded from Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and Widgetly, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance/support and is not responsible for app claims, except as required by law.

Google Play Store

If downloaded from Google Play Store, these Terms are between you and Widgetly, not Google. Google acts as a distribution platform only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Widgetly is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to the App and Terms

We may update the app and these Terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of Widgetly after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable European Union law. If you are an EU consumer, mandatory local consumer protections still apply.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns or disputes, you agree to contact us first to attempt informal resolution.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to Widgetly if these Terms are breached.

Severability

If any term is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.
